- Making a purchase with Closet Hues indicates your understanding, acknowledgment, and adherence to agree to the terms & conditions and policies of our website.

Quality Check:
- We ensure a 3-round quality check process for all products before shipping. If you receive a damaged/wrong product, you can apply for an exchange within 12 working days.

Return Policy:
- You can raise a return request on our website within 12 working days of receiving the products.
- Exchanges are offered for all items except Lingerie, Footwear, Items under sale, and items bought with a voucher or gift card. Items will be exchanged only once.
- Upon receiving the items back, a credit voucher will be issued with a validity of 12 months. Refunds are not offered.

Return Criteria:
- All exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and shipped with original tags and packaging. Failure to do so will result in rejection during the quality check, and the items will be shipped back to the customer with extra shipping charges.

International Orders:
- We do not have a return/exchange policy for international orders.
EXCHANGE PROCESS:- Raise an exchange/return request within 12 working days of receiving the package through our portal: [Portal Link].
- Fill in details such as order number, email ID, and/or contact number.
- Select from the list of eligible products along with a relevant reason and images (if applicable).
- Our team takes 48-72 hours to approve/reject the request.
- Once approved, the parcel will be picked up within 2-3 working days by our courier partner.
- Only the item for which the return request is approved needs to be handed over.
- Reverse pickup is chargeable at Rs. 100/-. Charges will be deducted accordingly if more than one item is sent for exchange.
- Upon receiving the product back, a credit voucher will be issued to the registered email ID deducting the reverse pickup charges.

RTO Marked:- If incorrect/incomplete information is provided and the parcel is marked as RTO (return to us), a credit voucher will be issued deducting the shipping and RTO charges.
- Please ensure correct information as it cannot be changed once the parcel has been packed/shipped.

Express Shipping:
- All express ship items on our website are readily available and will be shipped within 48 hours.
- Delivery within India takes 3-7 working days.

Pre-order Shipping:
- Items marked as pre-order will be shipped within 18-25 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays).

Tracking Information:
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via SMS and email.

Cancellation and Refunds:
- If an item is delayed, you can cancel the order and receive a credit voucher valid for 12 months. Refunds are not offered.
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping, with a credit voucher issued in that case.

Out of Stock Items:
- If an item goes out of stock, a credit voucher with a validity of 12 months will be issued.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
- We offer COD up to a limit of Rs. 8,000 within India.
Undelivered Parcel Notification:
- Customers are requested to track their parcels and inform us within 48 hours if the parcel shows delivered but has not been received. No complaints will be accepted by the courier company after this time frame.
Color Variation:
- Colors in images on the website may vary slightly due to professional lighting during product shoots.
