Return Exchange policy

           SIZE EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • We offer a size exchange policy only , no product/color exchange, wherein if the item does not fit you right, you can raise a size exchange request
  • Exchange can be availed only once per order, the parcel needs to be self-shipped by the customers within 24-48 hours of receiving the product in order to maintain our hygiene policy. The shipping cost needs to be borne by the customers only
  • Once we receive your parcel, it will undergo a quality check. All items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with the original tags and our invoice. If the items don’t meet the above criteria it will be refused for any kind of exchange and the same item will be returned to the customer at customer’s expense
  • In case of unavailability of required size in the same product, only a credit voucher can be issued to the customer for any future purchase within 12 months of issuance with Closet Hues
  • Free size items are not eligible for any kind of exchange or return
  • In case the customer has received a damaged/ defective piece, pictures or videos while unboxing the parcel needs to be shared with our team. A fresh piece of the same product will be delivered to the customer
  • NO REFUNDS CAN BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

            RETURN/REFUND

  • Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled/exchanged/returned
  • If the order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of the item or any other delays, we can cancel the order and issue a credit voucher
  • The credit voucher can be used for any future purchase within 12 months of issuance with Closet Hues
  • Any order cancellations can be done only if the order is delayed past the delivery time and on cancellation only a credit voucher will be issued to the customer
  • NO REFUNDS CAN BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
