            COVID’19 ALERT

  • We are facing unavoidable delays on our pre orders due to Covid 19; these delays are caused due to barriers enforced by the government on international shipments and permit to operate with limited staff
            SHIPPING POLICY

  • Ready to dispatch items ship within 3-7 working days. After dispatch delivery takes up to 2-7 working days depending upon the location. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
  • Pre-order items dispatch within 18-25 working days, orders may take longer than this due to Covid
  • Shipping details are provided under additional information below each of the products
  • Items are subjected to change from Ready to Dispatch category to Pre order category depending upon the availability of sizes and colors
  • No returns/cancellations/refunds will be allowed in any of the orders placed
  • If the pre-order items get delayed, the customer can opt for below extended solutions

  1. The existing orders can be easily replaced with any items from our Ready to dispatch category for faster delivery.  Any difference in the order amount will be issued via credit voucher only

        OR

       2. The customer can opt for a credit voucher for future purchases within 12 months of                    issuance with Closet Hues

  • NO REFUNDS CAN BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
           SIZE EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • We offer a size exchange policy only , no product/color exchange, wherein if the item does not fit you right you can raise a size exchange request
  • Exchange can be availed only once per order, the parcel needs to be self-shipped by the customers within 24-48 hours of receiving the product in order to maintain our hygiene policy. The shipping cost needs to be borne by the customers only
  • Once we receive your parcel, it will undergo a quality check. All items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with the original tags and our invoice. If the items don’t meet the above criteria it will be refused for any kind of exchange and the same item will be returned to the customer at customer’s expense
  • In case of unavailability of required size in the same product, only a credit voucher can be issued to the customer for any future purchase within 12 months of issuance with Closet Hues
  • Free size items are not eligible for any kind of exchange or return
  • In case the customer has received a damaged/ defective piece, pictures or videos while unboxing the parcel needs to be shared with our team. A fresh piece of the same product will be delivered to the customer
  • NO REFUNDS CAN BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

           RETURN/REFUND

  • Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled/exchanged/returned
  • If the order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of the item or any other delays, we can cancel the order and issue a credit voucher
  • The credit voucher can be used for any future purchase within 12 months of issuance with Closet Hues
  • Any order cancellations can be done only if the order is delayed past the delivery time and on cancellation only a credit voucher will be issued to the customer
  • NO REFUNDS CAN BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

  • Customer Consent- Closet Hues reserves the rights and has the customer consent to add/remove the customer feedback pictures on all our social media accounts including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and our website
  • Use of any kind of abusive or derogatory language won’t be tolerated at any cost, the user of such language will be blocked immediately over Instagram and WhatsApp
